Essential Qualifications:
- PhD degree (Awarded or submitted) in Population Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, or Demography, OR Post Graduate degree in these subjects with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of social research or community-based research.
- Strong understanding of quantitative research methods and survey methodologies.
- Experience in analysing large-scale demographic and health survey data such as LASI, NFHS.
- Proficiency in STATA and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale data analysis and use of Statistical and Demographic software packages.
- Track record of working with ageing-related data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
