Educational Qualification

Production Manager (Grade C): Full-time regular B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in companies having Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) units (min. 5 years in PBR production technology).

Senior Production Manager (Grade D): Full-time regular B.Tech / BE in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and at least 14 years of post-qualification experience in PBR units (min. 7 years in PBR production technology).

Senior Manager (PBR-Marketing) (Grade D): Full-time regular B.Tech / BE (min. 60% marks) OR Science Graduate with full-time regular MBA (min. 60% marks), plus minimum 14 years total post-qualification experience with at least 7 years in rubber marketing/tyre industry.

Age Limit & Relaxations

  • Production Manager: 40 years
  • Senior Production Manager: 44 years

Marketing managers drive OEM customer acquisitions across tyre manufacturing majors and industrial rubber producers. Posting & Transfer Policy

Initial postings are stationed at the Panipat PBR Unit (Haryana) or Corporate/Marketing Offices (New Delhi/NCR). Officers carry All India Service Liability (AISL) with potential rotational transfers across IOCL refineries, petrochemical complexes (Vadodara, Paradip, Haldia), and business hubs every 3 to 5 years.
