Eligibility criteria for Apprenticeship Training at TCIL Bhawan, New Delhi:
• Graduate Engineer Apprentice (02 Seats): B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics Engineering or Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute (01 seat for each discipline).
• Technician Diploma Apprentice (04 Seats): 3-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology (01 seat for each discipline).
• Passing Year Window: Candidates must have acquired the qualifying degree or diploma during or after the year 2022. Prior batches are not eligible.
• NATS Registration: Mandatory registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal (nats.education.gov.in) with a valid NATS Student ID.
• Prior Training Bar: Candidates who have undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.

- Mandatory NATS Portal Enrollment: Candidates must possess an active National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) registration ID via nats.education.gov.in; applications without a valid NATS ID cannot be verified.
- Passing Year Cutoff (2022 onwards): Only graduates and diploma holders who completed their engineering qualification during or after 2022 are eligible. Candidates passing in 2021 or earlier are disqualified.
- No Regular Employment Rights: Selected candidates must furnish a signed undertaking stating they will not claim permanent or contract employment in TCIL upon completion of apprenticeship.

Selected apprentices receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹12,300/- for Graduate Engineers and ₹10,900/- for Diploma Holders. The engagement is strictly for a 1-year apprenticeship training program under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and confers no right to regular employment in TCIL.
