Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree Route:
- Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
- Essential Skills:
- Stenography in English with a minimum speed of 100 WPM.
- English Typing with a minimum speed of 35 WPM.
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Working knowledge of the Hindi language.
- Diploma Route:
- Three-year Diploma in Secretarial/Commercial Practice from a Government recognized Board.
- Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of computer applications.
- Working knowledge of the Hindi language.
Age Limit Details
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as on the last date of receipt of applications (13-05-2026).
- Regular Staff: Eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India norms.
- Temporary/Project/Outsourced Staff of JNCASR: Candidates who have completed a minimum of 3 years of continuous service at JNCASR are eligible for a one-time age relaxation to the extent of their service, subject to a maximum age cap of 50 years.
Salary & Pay Scale
The post is placed in Pay Level 6 of the 7th CPC pay matrix, plus other admissible allowances as per central government norms.

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from present employer, if working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies.
- Recent passport-size color photograph (not older than 3 months).
- Complete the application fee payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit the online form on or before the final deadline of 13.05.2026.
