Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900 - 63,200 (Level-4) as per ORSP Rules, 2017. Selected candidates will also receive Dearness Allowance (D.A.) and other admissible government allowances.

N.B: Candidates must secure a minimum of 35% marks in each written test subject to be called for the Computer Science Test. For the Computer Science Test (Practical), candidates need to secure 50% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) to be called for the Viva Voce Test.

• An essay to be written in English (30 marks)
• A letter or application to be written in English (20 marks)
• One Oriya Passage to be translated into English (15 marks)
• One English passage to be translated into Oriya (15 marks)
• Summary of one English Passage (20 marks)

Vulgar fractions and decimals, H.C.F., and L.C.M., Simple and compound interest, Simple and Compound Practice, Percentages, Profit and Loss, Mixtures, Partnership, Averages, Rates and Taxes, Insurance, Square and Cubic measures, Problems on time and work and on time and distance. Problems more easily solvable by algebraically methods need not be required to be solved arithmetically.

Knowledge of current events and such other matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected from an educated person.

This test assesses proficiency in tasks such as paragraph formatting, table insertion, printing and saving, file transfer, website searching/browsing, downloading email, use of pen-drive and other software, and accounting programs.

This test assesses candidate suitability based on alertness, general outlook, and potential qualities.

Eligible candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed Form-A, which should be duly filled and accompanied by all required self-attested documents. Applications must be submitted through the proper channel to the following address:

Candidates must attach self-attested copies of the following documents:

• Certificate and mark sheet of the +3 Examination or equivalent.
• Certificate and mark sheet of the +2 Examination or equivalent.
• Certificate and mark sheet of the H.S.C. Examination or equivalent.
• Diploma in Computer Application certificate.
• Odia Pass Certificate (if Odia was not a subject in course of study).
• Caste Certificate (for reserved categories).
• Self-declaration regarding marital status (only one spouse living, if married).
• Two self-addressed envelopes with requisite postage stamps.
• Two recent passport-size photographs (one affixed to the application form, one self-attested on the reverse).
• Service Certificate from competent authority, confirming regular Group 'D' service in Judgeship of Balangir, including date of initial appointment and present designation.
