Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualifications: Candidates must hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Pavement Geotechnics, or allied fields. A valid GATE qualification in Civil Engineering (CE) or an equivalent exam qualified in allied fields is also mandatory.
- Desirable Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in Pavement Geotechnics/Geosynthetics and Geotechnical Engineering, and expertise in numerical modeling software such as PLAXIS, ABAQUS, or other FEM tools for flexible pavement layers. A strong foundation in geotechnical engineering and efficient task management abilities are also desirable.
