Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, particularly those with a Master's degree and up to 2 years of relevant experience in Pharmacy/Research. Individuals with working knowledge of computer applications and a strong interest in project-based contractual research in Ayurvedic sciences under a central government institution will find this opportunity suitable.

This position is purely contractual for an initial period of six months, subject to extension based on project performance, and does not guarantee regular appointment. Therefore, candidates seeking permanent government employment should not apply. Those who do not meet the essential educational qualification (B.Pharm) or exceed the age of 35 years (unless eligible for specific government relaxations) are also not suitable.

Working with the National Ayurveda Research Institute for Panchakarma, under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, offers a reputable platform for research in traditional Indian medicine. While this is a contractual role, it provides valuable experience in a central government research environment, which can be beneficial for future career advancement in research or the public sector.
