Junior Research Fellow

• For Junior Research Fellow (PM-ECRG): M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology, Earth Science, Applied Geology, or equivalent disciplines with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA), along with a valid CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE score.
• For Junior Research Fellow (SAC17): M.Tech/M.E in Hydrology, Water Resources, Hydraulic Engineering, Geoinformatics, Climate Science or equivalent, along with a valid CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE score.

Age relaxation will be provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India Rules. Additionally, relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable for disabled persons, employees of Government Organizations, ex-servicemen, and Kashmiri Migrants as per DoPT O.M. No. 15012/2/2010-Estt.(D) dated 27.3.2012.

• To apply, candidates must fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of:
  • A recent photograph and signature (JPG format, less than 100 KB).
  • Self-attested copies of mark sheets for all semesters, provisional/degree certificates for academic/professional qualifications, proof of date of birth, experience certificates (if any), and caste certificates (if applicable).
  • All certificate files must be in PDF format, each less than 300 KB.
  • If certificates are not in English, an attested translation must be uploaded.
