Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals holding a First Class Postgraduate degree with M.Sc. in Physics. Candidates with a strong background in Solid-State Physics, Optics, and Magnetism, along with prior experience in thin-film/nanostructure preparation and national-level exams like NET/GATE, will be particularly well-suited. It's an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to pursue a PhD, as the selected candidate may be permitted to register for the PhD program at BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

Individuals without a First Class M.Sc. in Physics will not meet the mandatory eligibility criteria. This position is project-specific and contractual (36 months), making it unsuitable for those seeking permanent employment or immediate senior-level roles. Candidates not interested in research-intensive environments focusing on Condensed Matter Physics and Quantum Devices should also not apply.
