Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Optoelectronics, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification. A GATE score is preferred.

Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Candidates must possess a Ph.D. and/or a Master's degree in Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Optoelectronics, Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification. A GATE score is also preferred.

Age Limit Details

Age limits for these positions will be as per the norms set by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) and the Indian Institute of Technology Indore. Age relaxations will be applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, in accordance with the Government of India's guidelines.
