- Before filling the form, prepare scanned copies of photograph, signature, caste/tribe/community certificate (if any), educational qualifications, experience-related documents, and all other required documents in JPEG/JPG/PDF format. Each file should not exceed 500 KB and must be readable.
- Enter details of all research publications and other academic/research contributions in the online application. Uploading research publications is not mandatory for online submission but original publications must be attached to the hard copy of the application and produced during document verification.
- All mandatory fields in the online application must be filled. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- After successful submission, pay the application fee online through the provided link.
- Download and print the receipt of the submitted application and submit it to KVAFSU during physical verification of documents.
- No changes can be made after submitting the application form.
