Educational Qualification

  • For ITI Trade Apprentices (Lineman, Electrician, Welder & Plumber): Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination with a minimum of 40% marks from a recognized Board. Additionally, they must possess a National Trade Certificate in the respective trade, issued by the National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training, and have completed the relevant ITI course. An Aadhaar Card is compulsory for online registration.
  • For Non-ITI Trade Apprentices (Gardener & Cook): Candidates must have passed the 8th Class Examination from a recognized school or its equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates residing near the Substation.

Age Limit & Relaxations

Age limits will be as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and its amendments from time to time. Reservation policies, including age relaxations for reserved categories, will also follow the Apprenticeship Act 1961.

Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
