• Candidates must apply online through the official recruitment portal: https://kodagu.dcourts.gov.in/online-recruitment/.
• Read all instructions thoroughly before applying to ensure accuracy and avoid rejection due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• Submit only one application. If multiple applications are submitted, only the latest one will be considered, and others will be rejected.
• No changes or corrections will be allowed in the application details after submission.
• A valid mobile number and email ID are mandatory for communication. The authority will not be responsible for delivery failures of SMS/email.
• Scan and upload a recent color photograph (5 cm length x 3.6 cm width, 50 KB, JPG format, white background). No signature should be on the photograph.
• Scan and upload the candidate's signature (2.5 cm length x 7.5 cm width, 25 KB, JPG format, black ballpoint pen on white paper).
• Upload a scanned copy of the SSLC marks card or equivalent examination certificate in PDF format. Ensure the uploaded copy is clear. If marks are in grades or CGPA, an equivalent conversion certificate from the competent authority must also be uploaded.
• Candidates provisionally selected for interview must attend at their own expense.

Application fees must be paid online through the State Bank of India (SBI) E-Pay Payment Portal using net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI ID, or QR code. No cash, demand drafts, postal orders, money orders, or challans will be accepted. Fees once paid are non-refundable. Applications without the prescribed fee will be rejected.
