Eligible candidates must follow these steps:

- The last date for submission of online applications is 20.12.2025 (upto 11:59 PM).
- After successfully submitting the online application, a hard copy of the application form along with self-attested copies of certificates (proof of Age, qualifications, experiences, caste, etc.) must be sent.
- In-service applicants must also send an advance copy.
- The hard copy of the application form and supporting documents must reach the University by Speed Post ONLY before 30.12.2025 (upto 05:00 PM).
- The sealed envelope containing the hard copy should be clearly super-scribed with:
