Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a full-time, First-Class Degree in Engineering in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a recognized University or Institution. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must provide the conversion to percentage.

The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:

SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
OBC-NCL candidates: 3 years relaxation

Salary & Pay Scale

The Management Trainees will be placed on a starting basic pay of Rs.40,000/- per month within the pay scale of Rs.40,000-1,40,000 during their training period. In addition to Basic Pay, MTs are eligible for:

Variable Dearness Allowance
Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System
Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance
Provident Fund, Gratuity etc. as per prevailing Company Rules
Performance Related Pay (PRP)
Applicable HRA in lieu of company accommodation if not available at the place of posting

Exam Syllabus & Pattern

The selection process involves a computer-based written test lasting 2 hours. The test will comprise questions to assess candidates' knowledge in their respective domains (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) and test of reasoning, including English ability. The pass marks for the written test are fixed at 60%, with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
