This role is most suitable for experienced engineering professionals with a background in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering, possessing a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in naval operations, shipbuilding, or ship repair, particularly in defence-related projects. Ex-servicemen from the Indian Navy (Lieutenant Commander equivalent or higher) or Indian Coast Guard (Deputy Commandant equivalent or higher) are highly preferred.
