Medical Officer Ayurveda

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- per month for part-time contractual engagement (5 hours per day, six days a week). No other allowances will be admissible.

Candidates are required to attend a walk-in interview on June 17, 2026, at 09:00 AM at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, K.K. Nagar, Chennai. The application process involves the following steps:

• Report for document verification with a filled application form and self-attested copies of certificates (age, educational qualification, experience) between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. No candidate will be entertained after 11:00 AM.
• Only candidates whose documents are verified will be permitted to attend the walk-in interview.
• Original certificates and testimonials must be presented during document verification.
• A Demand Draft for the application fee (if applicable) must be submitted during document verification.
• If the turnout of candidates is high (more than 1:10 ratio per post), a screening test consisting of multiple-choice questions in the concerned discipline may be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview.
• The final selection will be based solely on the candidate's performance in the interview.

The fee must be paid via a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- (where applicable) in favour of ‘ESI Fund Account No.1’, drawn on any scheduled bank and payable at Chennai. The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of advertisement and submitted at the time of document verification. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
