Salary & Pay Scale

Monthly remuneration varies by post as per ECHS norms:

  • Medical Specialist: Rs. 1,00,000/-
  • Medical Officer / Dental Officer / OIC Polyclinic: Rs. 75,000/-
  • Para-Medical Staff (Pharmacist, Lab Tech, Nursing Asst, etc.): Rs. 28,100/-
  • Data Entry Operator/Clerk: Rs. 22,500/-
  • Driver: Rs. 19,700/-
  • Non-Medical Staff (Attendant, Chowkidar, Safaiwala, Peon): Rs. 16,800/-
