- On the homepage, click on “Online Registration” to open the application form.
- Select the name of the post: Health Inspector Grade-II.
- Fill in all required particulars carefully. A valid mobile number and email ID are mandatory for communication.
- Upload scanned copies of your colour photograph and signature as per the specified guidelines.
- Upload necessary documents and evidence for all claims (e.g., community certificate, educational qualifications) at the time of application submission.
- Pay the application fee online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Mobile Wallet.
- After successful payment, a final Registration Number and Password will be generated. Save these for future reference.
- Candidates can save or print their application in PDF format after final submission.
Application Fee
The application fee is as follows:
- SC / SCA / ST / DAP(PH): Rs. 300/-
- Others: Rs. 600/-
Payment must be made online. Candidates who applied and paid for the withdrawn Notification No. 06/MRB/2023 are exempt from paying the fee again but must provide previous payment details.
