Educational Qualification
- M.E/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Mechanical Engg, Biochemistry, Environmental Engg, Bioprocess Engg, Microbiology or allied subjects from a recognized Institute/University, with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks.
- OR M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Microbiology from a recognized Institute/University, with a valid NET/GATE score and a minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks. Other national-level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies (e.g., DST, DBT, IIT, IISc, IISER) will also be considered.
- Selected candidates are required to register for a PhD program under this project.
- Students pursuing M.Tech/M.Sc in the aforementioned disciplines in the year 2026 are also eligible to apply.
Salary & Pay Scale
- 1st & 2nd Year: Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA (as per DST or institute norms, whichever is applicable).
