- Candidates must have a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) levels for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL categories.
- For SC/ST/PwD categories, a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG levels is required.
- OR Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with at least 7.5/10 CGPA or 70% marks for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL categories.
- For SC/ST/PwD categories, a minimum of 7.0/10 CGPA or 65% marks in Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology is required.
- B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) AND M.Tech/M.E in ECE or equivalent with research areas in Communication/VLSI/Instrumentation.
- OR B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- A solid understanding of digital communication, probability theory, optimization, and wireless communications is crucial.
