The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is a Public Sector Undertaking established under the Companies Act, 2013, operating under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH), Government of India. Since its inception in September 2015, NHIDCL has been responsible for developing infrastructure, including National Highways, particularly in the North-eastern Region, Hilly States, and Border & Strategic Areas.
NHIDCL has introduced a scheme for Young Professionals (YP), Expert Professionals, and Empanelment of Persons of Eminence to access specialized and evolving expertise crucial for its infrastructure and operational needs.
