Non Engineering Graduate Apprentice

This opportunity is most suitable for fresh non-engineering graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA) who are eager to gain their first professional experience through a one-year apprenticeship. Ideal candidates are those seeking exposure to the operations of a prestigious Central Public Sector Undertaking like Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and are committed to intensive learning within a fixed-term training program.

Candidates with one or more years of prior work experience, or those who have previously undertaken NATS apprenticeships elsewhere, are explicitly ineligible. Individuals expecting immediate or guaranteed permanent employment upon completion of the apprenticeship should not apply, as HAL has no obligation to offer further employment.
