Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by NCVT (now NCTVT) in either the Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade or one of the specified Feeder Trades. Priority will be given to candidates with AOCP Trade Apprenticeships from Ordnance Factories or Government/Private organizations with Government affiliation.
Feeder Trades include: IMCP, MMCP, LACP, Process Plant Operator, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.
Age Limit Details
- SC/ST Candidates: 05 Years relaxation.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: 03 Years relaxation.
- Ex-Serviceman Candidates: Period of Military Service + 03 Years.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Remuneration will be paid at a basic rate of Rs. 19,900 plus Dearness Allowance (DA) for 8 hours of work per day.
- Central DA, as prevalent, will be applicable.
- An annual increase of 3% (rounded off to the next ten rupees) on the Basic Pay will be admissible during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Tenure-based DBW personnel are entitled to Risk Allowance, Night Duty Allowance, and Employee Provident Fund (EPF) benefits, at par with regular employees.
- Personnel will also receive 30 days of leave per year and 1 day of Casual Leave per complete month.
- Female personnel are entitled to Maternity Benefits as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
- Company quarters/accommodation may be provided if available, with license fees deducted at regular workmen rates.
- Note: Personnel will not be entitled to promotions, OT Allowance, loans, advances, medical facilities (except emergencies), contingency advance, school fee reimbursement, LTC/LTA facilities, study leave, or sponsorship for higher studies.

- Attach self-attested copies of educational qualifications, age proof, experience certificate (if any), Central Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC), EWS Certificate, and Proof of Ex-Servicemen (if applicable).
- Include two extra photographs (self-attested on the back) in addition to the one pasted on the application form.
