Ordnance Factory Chanda Recruitment 2026: 400 Tenure Based Danger Building Worker Vacancies

• Remuneration will be calculated at 1/30th of the basic pay of the relevant pay scale, plus dearness allowance, for an 8-hour workday.
• Central Dearness Allowance (DA) will be applicable as prevalent.
• An annual increment of 3% (rounded off to the next ten rupees) on the Basic Pay is admissible, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Tenure-based DBW personnel are entitled to Risk Allowance, Night Duty Allowance, Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), and Bonus (if applicable) as per extant rules and government guidelines.
• Eligibility for Company Holidays is at par with regular employees.
• House Rent Allowance (HRA) is provided as per city classification if Company Quarters are unavailable; otherwise, priority for Quarters will be given with license fee deductions.
