POWERGRID Recruitment 2025 – 07 Officer Trainee (Law) Posts via CLAT 2026

• During Training: Candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹ 40,000/- per month along with IDA, HRA, and Perks at 12% of basic pay. The approximate CTC during training is ₹ 11.00 lakhs per annum.
• On Regularization: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Officer (Law) in the E2 scale of ₹ 50,000-3%-1,60,000/- (IDA). The compensation package will include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation/HRA, and other benefits. The approximate CTC after training is ₹ 22.50 lakhs per annum.

1. CLAT 2026 Registration: Candidates must first appear for the CLAT 2026 examination (for admission to Post Graduation). The online registration for CLAT 2026 closes on 31st October 2025.
2. POWERGRID Registration: After registering for CLAT, interested and eligible candidates must register themselves on the POWERGRID website. The application window for POWERGRID will be open from 14.11.2025 to 05.12.2025.
3. Online Application: Visit the official POWERGRID website at https://www.powergrid.in, navigate to the 'Careers' section -> 'Job Opportunities' -> 'Openings' -> 'Executive Positions on All India Basis', and find the link for 'Recruitment of Officer Trainee (Law) through CLAT-2026'.
4. Fill Details: Fill in the online application form with necessary details, including your CLAT 2026 Application No. and Roll Number.
5. Upload Documents: Upload legible scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other required documents as specified.
6. Pay Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹ 500/- online (if applicable).
7. Submit & Print: Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.

The application fee is ₹ 500/- (Non-refundable). SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from the payment of the application fee. Payment must be made online through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
