Professor, Associate Professor & Other Posts

Consolidated remuneration is as per Medical Administration, HQRS Office Memorandum No. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt. File) dated 13.04.2022 and Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022. It includes Basic Pay for Salary & other allowances [NPA@20% (wherever applicable & admissible), DA@60%, HRA@20% TA@7200+DA thereon].

Remuneration will be revised automatically with revisions in Dearness Allowance, effective from the date of notification of Govt. orders. Arrears of pay & allowances are not admissible for any rate revision with retrospective effect.

Eligible candidates must follow a two-step application process:

1. Email Application: Scan a copy of the Application Form, Demand Draft, and all required/supporting documents (including research papers/publications, if any). Send these scanned copies to [email protected] by 04:00 PM on 14/07/2026. The email subject must clearly state the candidate's Name, Post, and Department.
2. Hard Copy Submission: Subsequently, the original Application Form along with self-attested copies of required documents and the original Demand Draft (as interview fee, if applicable) must be submitted to The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore (M.P) – 452011 by 04:00 PM on 14/07/2026.

Candidates must write "Recruitment of Teaching Faculty/Senior Residents on contract basis" with their Name of Post and Department on the envelope. Separate applications are required for each post.

Required documents include: Class 10th Certificate, MBBS/MD/MS/DNB Mark sheets and Degree Certificates, Valid EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PWD Certificate, State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate, Proof of Publication(s), Experience Certificate, Passport Size Photograph, Relieving/NOC Certificate (if applicable), Aadhaar Card, and Completion Certificates for ICMR/NMC Biomedical Research/Medical Education Workshop (if any). Original documents will be verified during the interview.
