Project Associate & Field Assistant

• Project Associate: Candidates must possess MA/Ph.D. in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or allied subjects. Preference will be given to UGC NET qualified candidates.
• Field Assistant: Candidates must possess MA in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or allied subjects.

Interested candidates can appear for a walk-in-interview at the Department of Linguistics and Language Technology, Tezpur University at 10:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026. The interview will be conducted in a blended mode (offline or online).

Candidates must bring the following documents (original and self-attested photocopies):

• Duly filled application form (Annexure-I)
• Mark sheets and certificates from 10th standard onwards
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Any other testimonials
• Copy of recent signed Curriculum Vitae (CV)

For outstation candidates appearing online, a special case will be made. All original and self-attested documents must be produced on the date of joining.

Candidates are encouraged to send an advance copy of their CV along with the application in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) to Dr. Amalesh Gope, Principal Investigator (PI), via e-mail at [email protected] or [email protected] on or before June 21, 2026.

Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit a 'No Objection Certificate' from the concerned employer / Ph.D. Supervisor.
