  • Self-attested photocopies of relevant documents such as date of birth certificate, educational/professional qualification certificates, experience certificate, category certificate (if applicable, issued not earlier than one year from the closing date of advertisement), registration of qualifying degree/diploma from the statutory council/body, publications (only PubMed Index, if any), and identity proof (Aadhar Card/PAN/Voter ID).
