Best-Fit Profile

This role is ideally suited for a qualified Psychologist holding an M.A. in Psychology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, particularly if that experience includes working in a banking environment or in Delhi. It's perfect for professionals seeking a contractual engagement with flexible working hours (2 days/week, 3 hours/day) and a focus on employee well-being within a national banking framework. Candidates pursuing or holding M.Phil/PhD in Psychology will receive preference.

Important Considerations

Individuals seeking permanent government employment with full benefits and long-term career progression within the bank should not apply, as this is a temporary, contractual position explicitly stating no claim for regular employment or full employee benefits. Those expecting a fixed, high salary might find the negotiable remuneration framework unsuitable. Lack of 3 years of relevant experience is also a dealbreaker.

Career Impact

Working with Punjab & Sind Bank, a Government of India Undertaking, offers exposure to a public sector environment and the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of staff across a pan-India network. While the role itself is contractual and does not guarantee permanent status, it provides valuable experience within a significant financial institution. The impact of the role extends to improving mental health and performance across a large workforce.
