How to Apply

Candidates must apply ONLINE only through the link provided on the official RRB websites. The application process involves the following steps:

  1. Create an Account: Candidates must first create an account on the official RRB websites. Existing account holders from previous RRB CENs can use their same login credentials. A valid personal mobile number and active email ID are mandatory for account creation. It is crucial to enter these details carefully as no modifications are permitted later.
  2. Identity Authentication: Applicants are strongly advised to authenticate their identity using DigiLocker or Aadhaar during the 'Create an Account' process. This facilitates smoother and faster verification.
  3. Fill Online Application: Complete the online application form with accurate information. No corrections are allowed after the final submission of the application.
  4. Choose Examination Medium & Preferences: Select the medium of examination from English, Hindi, or 13 regional Indian languages. Indicate preferences for Railway Zones/Production Units and posts within the chosen RRB. Submitting multiple applications to different RRBs or the same RRB will lead to rejection.
  5. Live Photo Capturing: A live photograph of the candidate must be captured during the application process using a webcam or front camera. Pre-existing photographs are not allowed. Follow specific guidelines for dress code (non-white, preferably dark), posture, and ensuring a clear, centered face without glasses/caps.
  6. Upload Scanned Documents: Upload a scanned copy of your signature (JPG/JPEG, 30-49 KB, specific dimensions, black ink on white paper, running handwriting - NOT BLOCK/CAPITAL). If applicable, also upload the SC/ST Certificate (PDF, less than 400 KB) for availing free train travel pass.
  7. Pay Application Fee: Pay the prescribed examination fee online via internet banking, debit/credit cards, or UPI. The application is considered accepted only after successful fee payment.
  8. Modification Window: After submitting the application and paying the fee, candidates can modify most details (except account details and chosen RRB) by paying a modification fee of Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) per occasion. The modification window will be open from 23.11.2025 to 02.12.2025.

Candidates are advised to submit their ONLINE application well before the closing date to avoid any last-minute rush due to potential heavy internet or website traffic.
