Rajya Sabha Secretariat Recruitment 2026: Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor Post on Deputation

The selected officer will be placed in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix. This corresponds to the pre-revised Pay Band-4 of Rs. 37,400 - 67,000 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 10,000.

Eligible and interested officers must apply through the proper channel.

1. Download and fill the application format provided in Annexure II of the official memorandum.
2. The application, complete in all respects, must be forwarded by the parent department.
3. The application package must include:
   • Completed Bio-data proforma (Annexure II).
   • Clear photocopies of the up-to-date APAR dossier for the last 5 years, duly countersigned/attested.
   • Vigilance and Disciplinary Clearance Certificate, Integrity Certificate, and a statement of major/minor penalties for the last 10 years (Annexure III).
4. The completed hard copy application should be sent to:
   'Director (Personnel), Room No. 212, Second Floor, Rajya Sabha Secretariat, Parliament of India, Parliament House Annexe, New Delhi-110001'.
5. The deadline for receipt of applications is 5:00 PM on January 12, 2026.
6. An advance copy of the application can be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected]. However, the physical copy received through the proper channel is mandatory for consideration.

Note: Officers who have already applied in response to the earlier advertisement dated 22.10.2025 and whose applications were complete and forwarded through the proper channel need not apply again.
