Best-Fit Profile

This role is ideal for individuals holding a Ph.D. in Chemistry, or those who have successfully submitted their thesis and are awaiting degree conferral. Candidates with a strong background in high-quality research, particularly in organic synthesis and/or photocatalysis, will find this opportunity suitable. It's best for those seeking a short-term, project-based research assignment.

Important Considerations

Individuals without a Ph.D. in Chemistry or equivalent research experience will not be eligible. This position is temporary and project-based, so it is not suitable for candidates seeking permanent government employment or long-term career stability within the institution itself.

Career Impact

IISER Tirupati is an Institution of National Importance, offering a prestigious environment for scientific research. While the role itself is temporary, it provides valuable experience in a high-profile project, enhancing a researcher's profile. However, long-term career growth is tied to the project's tenure rather than direct institutional advancement.
