Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. degree, with the dissertation defended. Alternatively, candidates with an ME/M.Tech degree who possess at least 3 years of research, teaching, design, and policy experience, along with one research paper published in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal in the field of Civil Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, Water, or Policy, are also eligible.
Salary & Pay Scale

| Research Associate-II | Rs. 49,000/- |
| Research Associate-III | Rs. 54,000/- |
The specific category (I, II, or III) will be decided by the selection committee based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and interview performance. Postdoctoral Fellows will not be entitled to DA. House Rent Allowance (HRA) may be provided based on accommodation availability or as per Government norms if hostel accommodation is not possible. Medical benefits and travel entitlement for participation in scientific events/workshops are also provided as per institute policy.
