Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or a Master's degree (with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience) in one of the following engineering disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science
- Equivalent fields
- Ph.D. Requirement: Applicants holding a Ph.D. must have successfully defended their Ph.D. dissertation.
Salary & Pay Scale

| Research Associate-II | Rs. 49,000/- |
| Research Associate-III | Rs. 54,000/- |
- The specific category will be decided by the selection committee based on qualification, experience, and performance in the interview.
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Research Associate will not be entitled to DA.
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): The fellowship amount is inclusive of HRA; no additional emoluments for HRA will be provided.
- Medical Benefits: Medical allowance will be provided as per institute policy.
- Travel Entitlement: Travel for participation in scientific events/workshops within India will be as per institute norms.
