Best-Fit Profile

This recruitment is ideally suited for highly experienced engineering professionals (Civil, Geotechnical, and Architecture) seeking senior leadership or expert roles within a prestigious Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise. Candidates with substantial project management, design, and consultancy experience, particularly in urban transit systems, and those from public sector organizations are well-positioned.

Important Considerations

This opportunity is not suitable for freshers or candidates with less than 11-19 years of relevant post-qualification experience, depending on the specific post. Individuals without a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a Master's in Geotechnical Engineering for the JGM role, should not apply. The limited number of vacancies (3 posts) means competition will be intense.

These senior management roles (GM, JGM, DGM) provide exposure to large-scale, impactful projects nationally and internationally, contributing to the development of critical transport infrastructure.
