- Joint General Manager (Civil- Tunnel Construction Expert): Full-time bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- DGM (Transport Economist) & Manager (Transport Economist): Full-time bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (4 Years) / B. Arch – Architecture (5 Years) / B Planning (4 Years) AND a Master's degree in Economics / Statistics / Management (Finance) / Transport Engineering / Transport Planning / Transport Economics / Traffic Engineering or equivalent.
- Candidates belonging to UR/EWS (and SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD applying against unreserved posts) must possess a first-class degree/minimum 60% marks in their Minimum Qualification.
