Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Microelectronics, Optoelectronics, Nanotechnology, VLSI Design, or Microwave Engineering with a valid GATE score.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent branches with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET qualification.
- Master's degree in Physics/Materials Science with a valid GATE qualification or UGC/CSIR-NET qualification.
Age Limit Details
The maximum age limit is 28 years as on the date of selection. Age relaxation will be provided as per DST and Government of India norms.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive an emolument of Rs. 42,000 per month, along with an additional 18% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
