• Remuneration: Rs. 46,500/- (consolidated per month).
• Annual Increment: Entitled to 7.5% annual increment for continuous 3 years, with potential for an additional 3% hike in remuneration thereafter.
• Medical Facilities: Access to indoor and outdoor medical facilities at Centenary Hospital, SMPK for self and spouse. Reimbursement of 25% of Medical Insurance premium (up to Rs. 5000/- per annum) for self and spouse.
• Other Benefits: Mobile bill reimbursement up to Rs. 349/-, TA/DA for official tours, canteen facility, and contributions to ESI and EPF as per applicable acts.
