Permanent Way Inspector
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Degree/Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering from a Government recognized institute.
- Desirable Qualification: Candidates with BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering may also apply.
Age Limit Details
The minimum age for candidates is 35 years, and the maximum age is 62 years, as reckoned on 01.11.2025.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Remuneration: Rs. 46,500/- (consolidated per month).
- Annual Increment: Entitled to 7.5% annual increment for continuous 3 years, with potential for an additional 3% hike in remuneration thereafter.
- Medical Facilities: Access to indoor and outdoor medical facilities at Centenary Hospital, SMPK for self and spouse. Reimbursement of 25% of Medical Insurance premium (up to Rs. 5000/- per annum) for self and spouse.
- Other Benefits: Mobile bill reimbursement up to Rs. 349/-, TA/DA for official tours, canteen facility, and contributions to ESI and EPF as per applicable acts.
