Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Mining Mate-C: A valid 'Unrestricted' or 'Restricted' Certificate of competency to work as 'Mining Mate / Foreman' for metalliferous mines, issued by DGMS.
- For Winding Engine Driver-B: Matriculation with a 1st Class Winding Engine Driver Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.
- For Boiler-cum-Compressor Attendant-A: Matriculation with a 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate granted by a Government Board of any State or Union Territory.
Age Limit Details
Maximum age limit as on 31-12-2025:
- Mining Mate-C: 40 years
- Winding Engine Driver-B: 32 years
- Boiler-cum-Compressor Attendant-A: 30 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC-NCL): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Salary & Pay Scale
- Mining Mate-C: Rs. 29,190-3%-45,480/-
- Winding Engine Driver-B: Rs. 28,790-3%-44,850/-
- Boiler-cum-Compressor Attendant-A: Rs. 28,390-3%-44,230/-
In addition to Basic Pay, selected candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks & Allowances, subsidized accommodation, medical facilities, and children's education facilities as per company policy.
