Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Recruitment 2025 for 16 Non-Teaching Posts

Pay scales for the positions are as per the 7th Pay Commission, varying significantly by post. Many roles from Sr. No. 3 to 16 are subject to a fixed pay for the first five years as per Gujarat Government norms.

• Assistant Librarian & Technical Assistant (Bioscience): Level 09 (Rs. 53,100 - 1,67,800).
• Athletic Coach: Fixed salary of Rs. 49,600/- for 5 years, then regular pay in Level 08 (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400).
• Junior Stenographer: Fixed salary of Rs. 40,800/- for 5 years, then regular pay in Level 06 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400).
• Other Posts: Range from Level 02 (Rs. 19,900 – 63,200) to Level 07 (Rs. 39,900-1,26,600) with a fixed salary for the initial five years.

• The last date for submitting the online application is 30/10/2025, up to 6:00 PM.
• After online submission, applicants must take a printout of the application.
• Two hard copies of the application, along with self-attested copies of all necessary certificates and documents, must be sent via Speed Post/Registered AD/In-person.
• The envelope must be superscribed with "Application for the post of ..................".
• The hard copy must reach The Registrar, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, University Campus, Udhna-Magdalla Road, Surat-395007 by 07/11/2025, up to 6:10 PM.

The application fee is Rs. 500/- for the General Category and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS candidates. The fee is payable online, and additional bank charges may apply.
