West Bengal DMMU Recruitment 2026: 384 Vacancies for Sangha Co-ordinator, Accountant, CSP-Bank Linkage, & CSP-Livelihood

The remuneration structure varies by post, comprising a fixed amount and a variable component based on achieving specific criteria:

• Sangha Coordinator: Fixed Rs. 7,000 per month, with an additional variable payment of up to Rs. 1,000, totaling a maximum of Rs. 8,000 per month.
• CLF Accountant & MIS: Fixed Rs. 6,000 per month, with an additional variable payment of up to Rs. 1,000, totaling a maximum of Rs. 7,000 per month.
• CSP-Livelihoods & CSP-Bank Linkage: Minimum fixed service charge of Rs. 4,000 per month, with an additional variable payment of up to Rs. 1,500, totaling a maximum of Rs. 5,500 per month.

Additionally, staff/cadres are eligible for:

• Monthly communication/internet charges of Rs. 250.
• Travel allowance (TA) on an actual basis for duties performed outside the Gram Panchayat (GP).
• An additional Rs. 300 per day for attending approved training/meetings/workshops outside the GP.
