- Superintending Engineer: Officers of Central/State/Union Territory Governments/Universities/PSUs holding analogous post OR Executive Engineers with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 7600/- OR Executive Engineers with 10 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-.
- Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis OR Assistant Engineers (Civil/Electrical) with 5 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- OR Junior Engineers with 7 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-.
- Senior Accounts Officer: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with 5 years regular service in the relevant field in Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-.
- Administrative Officer: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with 2/3 years regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- or Rs. 4600/- respectively in the relevant field.
