Age Limit Details
- Age relaxation is permissible beyond the upper limit of 30 years for the following categories:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PWBD: 10 years (subject to a maximum age of 56 years)
- PWBD + OBC: 13 years (subject to a maximum age of 56 years)
- PWBD + SC/ST: 15 years (subject to a maximum age of 56 years)
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
- Central Government Civilian Employees (Group B): Up to 5 years for General, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST candidates.
Salary & Pay Scale
The posts carry the Level 07 pay scale in the Pay Matrix, with pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9,300 to 34,800 and a Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600. Candidates are also entitled to the usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Servants of similar status stationed at respective cities of the participating Institutes/Hospitals.

- The online application portal is open from 05.08.2023 to 25.08.2023 (up to 5:00 PM).
- Ensure that registration information is filled carefully. An edit/correction window will be available from 26.08.2023 to 28.08.2023 (up to 5:00 PM).
- Upload clear scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and left thumb impression exactly in accordance with the 'Upload Image Instructions'.
- Keep a printout of the registration slip and payment proof for your records; do not send physical documents to AIIMS.
Application Fee
- General/OBC Candidates: Rs. 3,000/-
- SC/ST Candidates/EWS: Rs. 2,400/-
- Persons with Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted
- Fees must be paid online via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- Note: Application fees of SC/ST candidates who actually appear in the examination will be refunded after the declaration of results.
