AIIMS New Delhi NORCET 6 Nursing Officer Recruitment 2026 (Various Posts)

The Nursing Officer posts are at Level 07 in the Pay Matrix, which corresponds to the pre-revised Pay Band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-. These are Group-B posts applicable for AIIMS New Delhi and other participating AIIMS institutes.

Applications for the Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)-6 must be submitted online through the official website www.aiimsexams.ac.in. Key dates and instructions are:

• Application Period: Applications opened on 26.02.2024 and close on 17.03.2024 at 5:00 P.M.
• Candidates are advised to carefully fill out the registration form as corrections may not be allowed after specified dates.
• Keep a copy of the registration slip and proof of payment for future reference.
• Correction/Edit Window: An edit panel will be available from 18.03.2024 to 20.03.2024 (until 05:00 P.M.) after the online registration closes, for candidates to make necessary corrections to their application form and basic candidate information. No corrections will be allowed after this period.
• Examination Dates:
  • Stage I: NORCET Preliminary (CBT): 14th April, 2024 (Sunday)
  • Stage II: NORCET Mains (CBT): 5th May, 2024 (Sunday)
• Candidates must ensure their uploaded photo, signature, and thumb impression adhere to the guidelines provided in the 'Upload Image Instructions' section on the website to avoid rejection.
• All required certificates, including educational qualifications, experience, and category certificates, must be valid as of the closing date of application and submitted as and when required, including on the day of document verification. Failure to produce valid certificates will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• Those employed in State/Central Govt/PSU must submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employer during document verification or as required.
• The place of posting will be subject to the respective AIIMS as per applicable rules.

• Fees can be paid through DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD/NETBANKING. Transaction/Processing fees will be borne by the candidate.
• Application fees are non-refundable.
• Applications without the prescribed fee will be rejected.
• Application fees for SC/ST candidates who appear in the examination will be refunded after results declaration and SC/ST certificate verification.
