Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Senior Medical Officer (AYUSH): Degree in any of the five streams of AYUSH with enrolment on Central/State Register of Indian Medicine. Desirable: Postgraduate degree in AYUSH.
- Medical Officer (AYUSH): Degree in relevant stream of AYUSH with enrolment on Central/State Register of Indian Medicine. Desirable: Postgraduate degree in AYUSH.
- Junior Medical Record Officer (Receptionist): B.Sc. (Medical Records) OR 12th (Science) with at least 6 months Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record keeping. For Receptionist: Degree in Mass Communication / Hospital Administration / Hospitality Management.
- Social Worker: 12th pass from a recognized board.
- Coding Clerk: B.Sc. (Medical Records) OR 12th (Science) with 6 months Diploma/Certificate course in Medical Record keeping.
Age Limit Details
- Senior Medical Officer: 25 - 40 years
- Medical Officer: 21 - 35 years
- Junior Medical Record Officer & Coding Clerk: 18 - 30 years
- Social Worker: 18 - 35 years
- Relaxations: SC/ST up to 5 years, OBC up to 3 years, OPH candidates up to 10-15 years, and Permanent Government Employees up to 5 years.

- The registration portal is open from 19.05.2021 to 18.06.2021 (23:59 Hrs).
- No physical copy or hard copy of the application form needs to be sent by post. However, candidates must retain a printed copy of the submitted form for future verification during the interview.
