Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Essential: PG Diploma/Degree in Journalism/Mass Media OR Graduate with minimum 2 years journalistic experience.
  • Knowledge of Computers and word processing.
  • Possession of news gathering devices.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Bengali. For Darjeeling and Kalimpong districts, candidates need to be proficient in both Bengali & Nepali. Working knowledge in Hindi and English is desirable.
