This role is ideal for highly experienced Nursing Officers with over 15 years in the profession, including at least 5 years in an administrative capacity such as Nursing Superintendent. Candidates must currently be serving in Central/State Government, Union Territory, or Autonomous/Statutory bodies on a regular basis, either in analogous posts or in Level-11 equivalent positions. A postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Nursing is preferred, and a clean vigilance record is mandatory.

Individuals who do not meet the extensive experience requirements (15 years total, 5 years in administration), lack a B.Sc. in Nursing, or are not currently employed by government/autonomous bodies on a regular basis should not apply. Applicants with any pending vigilance or disciplinary proceedings will also be deemed ineligible.
