ANRF Project Associate I

This role is ideal for individuals holding an M.Sc. or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences, particularly those with strong hands-on laboratory experience. Candidates with expertise in rodent work, cell culture, cytotoxicity studies, confocal microscopy, and mouse surgery/immunohistochemistry will be highly preferred. Qualification in CSIR-NET/GATE or equivalent national-level tests is a significant advantage, qualifying applicants for higher emoluments.

Candidates without specific, practical experience in the preferred research areas may find it challenging to be shortlisted. Those primarily seeking permanent government positions should note that this is a temporary, project-based appointment initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project continuity. Individuals without a minimum CGPA of 7.0 in their qualifying M.Sc./MS degree will not meet the basic educational criteria.
