- A candidate must hold a Graduate degree in Mining Engineering from a Government-recognized University or Institution.
- Alternatively, candidates who passed Part A & B of AMIE (India) in Mining Engineering, provided they enrolled in the AMIE course on or before 31.05.2013, are also eligible.
